Hi.
Noticed this morning that the box on my external wall connecting me to the internet has the front cover torn off (either due to the high winds or vandalism, I don't know). I don't see anything obvious regarding how to report this issue, the chatbot wasn't helpful, and Cityfibre's website suggests that Vodaphone would be the ones to contact. My broadband connection seems fine for now, but obviously an exposed electrical box is not good, especially in the UK weather. How do I go about reporting this issue so it can be resolved?
