Can I get help for this issue on this forum or should I ask Vodafone via their support chat box?

Without being unkind, asking Vodafone will be a complete waste of time.
I can't read your image, could you try again.
We recently had another poster with what sounded like the same problem, They did solve it in the end, but I can't remember what the fix was. I'll try to find the thread.

This was the thread:
Solved: Router Connection to Honeywell Evohome not working - Community home (vodafone.co.uk)
Apologies if their problem was not the same as yours.

Sorry about the attachment to original post. When I click it it enlarges to a full desktop screen and is quite legible,
Should I upload a higher res jpeg. I assume I cannot give an external link to a cloud storage xls or pdf.
I am really stuck with this issue, which is affecting my heating bill adversly. And yes, the former post you mentioned was mine, but the temperature information, although visible, never ever updated.

@Midori47 I too have problems with the log image. When zoomed the text is fuzzy. That being said, there's nothing immeadiately obvious that I can see.

OK, So I am back to square one. So yesterday I disconnected the problem. device completely At 9:00 am today I reconnected to device by Wifi #1. Now I have a new Event Log showing all the errors pre and after connection today.
I understand from your comment ( "there's nothing immeadiately obvious that I can see".), all the system and firewall stuff saying ( 'Failed to send DHCPV6 message to ff02::1:2 (Permission denied' ) has no consequence.
If you are confirming there is no router issue then I guess I have to send the Log to Honeywell.
I would like to upload this latest Log here for your final confirmation, It is in Microsoft Word docx format.
I hope this link is approved.

@Midori47 Please understand this is not a reflection on you, but opening docx (or doc) files from an unknown source makes people nervous because that format is also used by "bad actors". Is there any chance it could be saved to plain old TXT?

I apologise for that. I had no idea.
Here is the link in pdf format with my red highlights and comments.
And here the link in Text format, but could not include the red highlights not comments
