I have changed browsers, cleared caches, and use different bank accounts to verify.

I’m getting the same problem, when applying for a Vodafone broadband voucher deal (£150) via the Money Saving Expert (MSE) web site.
I reached out to customer services earlier and they did their best, but ultimately couldn’t help.
To get the voucher, you have to click through to Vodafone from the MSE site.
Nobody seems able to help!

I’ve tried to book this offer via Broadbandchoices now as well, but get exactly the same problem.
Anybody from Vodafone able to help?!
I want to move to Vodafone, but my experience so far is making me nervous.
I’m starting to get Virgin Media flashbacks…

I was contacted by someone from the Vodafone team after a Twitter DM, and I sent them details of the problem (yesterday lunchtime), but have heard nothing since.
The offer expires on Sunday, so this looks like a non-starter, as I have no idea if anyone is actually investigating.

Hi Beth,
I was contacted again about half an hour ago and advised as follows:
“Thanks for sending that over. With this going through a third party link, I'd advise checking with themselves to see if there are any issues with the link they've provided”.
I’d already tried that and they said the problem was the Vodafone servers, so to contact Vodafone.
I don’t know where the problem lies, but since Vodafone is the brand being promoted, I would have thought someone from your side would take ownership?
There must be lots of people who’ve tried and failed to take up this offer.
Seems like this is a complete non-starter.

Whilst I have no proof, I suspect it's just you having this problem.
Have you tried going through the process (obviously stopping before the very end) direct on the Vodafone site, as I think it has nothing to do with the voucher offer.
Edit: As you are not the thread starter, have you tried all the same things as them, different browsers, devices, using private/incognito tabs?
