I have changed browsers, cleared caches, and use different bank accounts to verify.

My credit rating was the highest it could be. Right up until I kept getting the same message trying to place an order for broadband. 5 attempts later and my credit rating has taken a 20% hit. The only financial transaction between a credit rating of 1000 and my current rating of just over 800 is trying to buy broadband from Vodafone.
Now I am told it could be up to 2 weeks before the dispute I raised to be resolved. It’s hard to believe there could be worse customer service than that provided by TalkTalk, but here we are.

hey ho! it's Feb 2023 and the same problem remains. this is absurd. it's not a third party website, it's Vodafone's. I tried the link from MSM and from comparethemarket. nothing changes, this is beyond frustrating I spent few hours last night trying different cards and bank accounts and email addresses. has anyone at all managed to get through registration and get the voucher???

looks like this is a continuous issue.
I am trying to order broadband package and I am also getting the same Error that something is not right with personal details. I tried in different devices and with different bank details but still same issue.
called customer care who said they are aware of this issue as many customers have complained but they cannot do anything. Their only suggestion is I place the order direct and lose out the opportunity to get a 150 gift card. It doesn’t seem fair!
Is there any way this issue can be resolved or a workaround?

Update: after talking to agents online 3 times, contacting them on twitter for three days, and being passed around from one team to another, I signed up with BT.

Also, I’ve already tried live chat, customer services (who were the most helpful, but ultimately couldn’t do anything), and sales - whose advice was to go ahead anyway, but to screenshot the warning. I don’t trust that advice without something in writing to back it up.
