Any one have experience with connect no Vodafone router direct via optic cable?

I have a Huawei EchoLife HG8245W5-8T GPON router and I would like to connect this instead s... Vodafone router.

Any advice pleas.

@Ripshod, any clues as to why it won't work with VF voip? (I'm not familiar with the particular model, but thought about going for an optical one). Its wan config capabilities seem quite rich and I'm guessing the sip settings are similarly detailed. Any experience? Thanks

Grandstream seem to be the only supplier with such detailed settings. With most of the other stuff you can't set things like rel100 or SIP User Agent. I though Yealink were worth a shot but that didn't work out.

Going through the admin manual for this unit it is clearly inadequate.
