I keep receiving a notification saying 'something isn't quite right with my personal information'

I am currently trying to purchase a monthly broadband, however, in the secure checkout stage I keep getting a prompt that states 'something isn't quite right with my personal details'. None of my information is incorrect as far as I am aware and even after clearing cache, cookies and history, the issue continues.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I am trying to order broadband package and I am also getting the same Error. I tried in different devices and with different bank details but still same issue.

called customer care who said they are aware of this issue as many customers have complained but they cannot do anything. Their only suggestion is I place the order direct and lose out the opportunity to get a 150 gift card. It doesn’t seem fair! Is there any way this issue can be resolved ?
