I'm in hospital, can i pause my home broadband and phone?

Hi 

Does anyone know if I can pause or reduce my broadband and landline. Unfortunately I've been in hospital for a few months and likely to be in for a few more months and then hopefully go home. 

Was wondering if there was a way to pause it?
