IPlayer and YouTube not working since switching to Vodafone

I'm a new Vodafone broadband customer and am having a problem getting iPlayer and YouTube to work on my smart TV.  Both worked perfectly with my previous broadband supplier. Can anyone suggest a fix please?

@LindaB21 Try changing the DNS settings to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.4.4 and see if that helps. Also try the search button as this has been discussed before.

Failing the above, is there a way to delete/reset the network on the TV so it's a fresh new connection?
