Internet access schedule

I have a THG3000 Router and I'd like to be able to cut off one device from the internet on a schedule. Preferably by MAC address.
The problem is that it's a wired connection, not wi-fi (the hub's wi-fi is permanently off as I use discs around the house for wi-fi).
I can block the MAC address via the router via settings/MAC filter but not to a schedule (I would liike it to happen 1am-3am).
Failing that, I'd even be happy to have the router stop ALL internet connection into the house if I could do it to a schedule.
Any ideas?
