I was sent notification from Vodafone that they were sorry to hear I was leaving. I wasn't leaving, so I contacted them and found it someone was trying to take our line.
So we sorted it out on the phone and and the internet continue to work
Today the internet was disconnected, against my wishes. The other party had taken over the line.
Now I'm told there are no ports left on the exchange and there is nothing that can be done.
I'm running a small shop and need them internet to run the business.
What can I do?
Thanks Scott

It's Vodafone who need to sort this out for you @Scottsanpedro , if you have been told to contact BT that is nonsense.
Contact CISAS here: CISAS they will get this sorted for you.

I'm not sure they will, at least not until the Vodafone complaints procedure reaches deadlock.
But yes, no harm trying them, hope they can help.
But really it's Ofcom that should be dealing with it as they can penalise the guilty party.
CISAS is an Ofcom approved alternative resolution provider.

No joke, I spent 2.5 hours and went through 7 people on the Vodafone chat yesterday afternoon and got nowhere.
It's all on the record.
Now have to wait for a call on Monday with the manager who asked me to contact BT.
So no more forward as yet.
