Hi,
I am thinking of switching to Vodafone as I am currently with NOW Broadband but the Hub provided is shocking. I only live in a small house and struggle to get wifi in other rooms and upstairs.
At the moment we don't have fibre in my area so will be given the basic intelligent wifi hub is it a decent box?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Compared to the rubbish Now router, anything is good.
The THG3000 is a perfectly capable router, but a bit "long in the tooth", and the firmware is very locked down, but as long as your requirements are not too great, it will be fine.
I've been using one for nearly three years, and am happy with it.
Edit, you get the same router on FTTC and FTTP, unless you get Pro II.

I am very happy with the vodafone router thg3000. To be honest I'm happy with the broadband. but I am 100% disappointed in vodafone customers service and satisfaction levels is zero

I'm on the Now broadband forum, and it doesn't seem the customer service is any better there. (although I don't have personal experience)
I had been intending to join them, but they dropped the inclusive calls, so I stayed here.
I think all the low priced ISP's simply won't spend money on support.
