Logging in to power hub

I’m trying to log into my power hub using the details on the back of it, but it only gives me a login password when the login screen is asking for both a username and password. I’ve tried the usual default usernames and they don’t work. Does anyone know what the username would be?

I don't have the power hub, but it's not usual for Vodafone routers to ask for both.

Have you tried a factory reset of the router?

I have and it still asks for both.

And, without trying to sound like I'm insulting you, are you sure it's the power hub that is asking.

The THG3000, which is the previous router and the one I have, was based on hardware that had original firmware that had both admin and engineer logins, so you could try them.
