Hi, I have Pro 2 (2.5Gb) fibre and for the last few weeks I’ve been unable to update windows apps on the Microsoft Store? It works fine if I tether to my phone so definitely something on the router (Pro2) or line. I’ve disabled the firewall but can’t think of anything else to try? Anyone seen this before?

A little tangential suggestion, have you tried disabling IPv6?

It may be the Vodafone content controls blocking access, try changing your DNS settings in the router.

 

 

 

I changed the DNS from automatic to Google (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) but that didnt work either? This is strage, if I start a VPN everything just works, thats Windows Update (even just checking to say Im up to date) or Microsoft Store to update Apps/Games - but without the VPN I get nothing :Sad_face:

I seem to have fixed this by simply turning off the power to the house for 10 mins - magically everything is working again without the VPN - thanks for help :Smiling:
