I had a conversation with a 'Pro 900 Support Engineer' who didn't really have a clue what I was talking about. However, I asked if I could send screenshots of the problem and was advised
wfxsupport@vodafone .com. However, 2 days later I have had no response, so perhaps someone on here might know.
Two screenshots below of the same router... One from the main WIFI page on the router (expert mode), the other from my phone, using the Broadband Super wifi app.
Notice that all the networks on the Router screenshot look correct as they should be
However, the Mobile app screenshot shows that the GUEST wifi is now Vodafone 172172_Premium and the compatibility mode Wifi is now Guest172172 network.
The main WiFi hasn't changed.
