Move external fibre connection box? Vodafone/City Fibre

Has anyone managed to move their external fibre connection box  (the point where the fibre enters the house) ? If so, how did you get this done?

I've contacted vodafone about this and they told me to contact City Fibre direct....and City Fibre told me this request has to come from vodafone. Is it possible for a third party electrical/networking company to do this instead of going round in circles with vodafone/cf? 

The reason for doing this is that the fibre currently enters the house via a porch which is due to be knocked down and rebuilt.

The reason Cityfibre say it's up to Vodafone to contact them is it's a chargeable service. Cityfibre will bill Vodafone, who in turn will bill you.

No-one outside the Cityfibre network can extend your fibre - that would technically be illegal.

Thanks for the info. I thought that might be the case.

Now I just need to find someone at vodafone that knows about this and can initiate the process....
