Hello, our website is blocked on the Vodafone network, presumably because it's classified as adult content.
Our website is a health and fitness comparison website, and should not be age restricted!
How do we go about resolving this issue?
Many thanks in advance

Where are you based, and are you accessing via 4g? So far it's effected 2 different people, both on Vodafone while using 4g

So this is a mobile network issue rather than broadband?

Correct.
So it seems Lebara (which uses the vodafone network) is being used on one of the devices, and also bitdefender (a mobile antivirus) is blocked the site too. I've submitted a false positive request on the bit defender website.

But the other test tools I tried came back ok. So it may be a false positive.

Agreed. Mxtoolbox.com says it's clean. I trust their Supertool more than a random French site.

Javascript is being phased out but clearly not fast enough for France.
In short - false positive.

Appears it may have been removed from that database:
