Hi,
I am trying to improve my upstairs Wi-Fi.
I plugged in a couple of TP-Link powerlines, one to the router Ethernet and the upstairs one directly to an adjacent TP-Link range extender via its LAN port underneath.
The idea was to just extend the home WiFi signal via an Ethernet link, however it just seems to crash the router.
In my settings it does show the TP-Link extender in ‘connected devices’ via Ethernet, but I’m confused as to whether I need to log in to it, or whether It is the right way to go about boosting the WiFi range?

Hey there @Blandroid - I'm sure we can help or point you in the right direction to get this sorted 😊
I'd advised to watch the below video on how to configure your WiFi extender if you haven't already. Also this TP-Link forum thread may help.
