I don't want to use WiFi from the hub as I have a better access point elsewhere. Having the Vodafone hub WiFi on interferes with this and causes devices to frequently reconnect.
However if I go into the Wi-Fi settings panel and turn off Wi-Fi it turns it back on again as soon as I click Apply.
I've tried setting a schedule to disable it during 00:00-23:59 every day but it still shows up in the clients. Pressing the WifiFi button on top of the device doesn't seem to do anything at all (irrespective of whether the button is enabled in the settings).
Before clicking apply
After clicking apply
I've restarted the Vodafone hub but given my experience so far I don't want to have to factory reset it as I'm not convinced it will come back to life.
UPDATE: hub details:

I just been changing the wifi settings in my THG3000 and it just kept saying that it was unable store them (can't remember the exact message). After a factory reset and start again all was good. I think it gets itself is a "funny" state and if so starting again is the only option.
I also couldn't get the button to turn the wifi off/on but I found a quick "double tap" did the trick. Now it's back working I'm not going to try again.

Hi @unclerichy. There are a couple of things we can try:
