I have kept trying to connect it by using the wps button on the main router and then the middle button on top to connect, it connects for a few seconds with a green light then all of a sudden it goes back to the red flashing light I have tried to reset the router and my main broadband router but nothing is working and it won’t stop flashing red and I don’t know what to do because I can’t log in to the broadband app as I forgot the username for it and I can’t find my order number in my emails, I’m stuck
