Hi,
can someone please confirm you can still get a free static ip address and wether you can still setup port forwarding using the supplied power hub router?
thanks

Static IPs are still available on request, for free😁
All vodafone's current routers have port forwarding available, but how well they do it I can't say - I use an Asus router and access my network over VPN (the safe option).

thanks.
I read somewhere that Voda have blocked all port forwarding on their new routers

Certain ports can't be used because the router itself uses them, but apart from those everything else should be under our control.
Which port(s) do you want to open?

80, and 443 and several other custom ports for access to server and personal VPN, SSH etc.

There's no way I know of to move the router's http/https away from the default 80/443, but others may chime in with a solution. The other ports should work fine.
One solution may be to use your own router, or use custom ports for the webserver(?).

Thanks.
I’ll ask a different question directly to anyone who has a new power hub router
