So, Vodafone Germany is my provider. I can't connect to the Social Club website through my router, it's working through my mobile connection btw. I read on the internet that Vodafone has a problem with the servers of social club. Does anyone have/had the same problem and might have an idea how to fix this? 192.168.0.1

Possibly Vodafone’s content control making a nuisance of itself. Have you tried changing the default Vodafone DNS server to one of the arguably better public servers?

One problem that crops up when using mobile network broadband is CGNAT, and short of using a VPN (which itself may not always work with CGNAT) there is no reliable answer!
FYI, just tried connecting to Rockstar Social Club over a VF mobile connection that used CGNAT and couldn't! *My regular UK VF broadband connects to the service just fine!
