[Removed] call centre

Why in the world does Vodafone get away with those [Removed] call centres they don’t even help you they just follow a script because they have no idea how to help customers. When my contract is up am leaving because they don’t listen they don’t let you speak they cut you off and they understand us. No wonder people voted for Brexit.

It is a long time since I last spoke to Vodafone support, but they were in Egypt.

However, if they are just following a script, what does it matter where they are?
