Shocking broadband service

Do not use vodaphone Broadband, I have not had a service for 15 days now and no one knows what they are doing, I have spoken to about 20 different people on this matter and still no resolve, I even got told 2/3 different things in a 3 hour phone call! A lot of incompetent people at vodaphone, they arrange times to call me which they very rarely stuck with meaning I’ve missed hours on a weekend or hours after work! SHOCKING

I suspect your advice is aimed at entirely the wrong audience… the vast majority of your readers will already be 'in contract' Vodafone broadband users.

Shocking indeed but beyond being invited to contact the team via social media channels, you are unlikely to get any nearer to a resolution through this platform.
