Every now and again, my PC becomes annoying - I struggle to access certain sites. Various sites, but I gradually notice it is update servers in particular. So maps for my Garmin devices, software updates on the PC etc.
From past experience, it is easily solved by re-booting the router simply by powering off and on again. Today I have done so and have been ploughing through about 3 months of stacked updates.
No major hassle, but I havent had these issues with previous ISPs and updates have usually looked after themselves automatically. It just seems worrying that critical system updates sit waiting because of an issue with the Vodafone router, potentially exposing my system to risk. It would be good to get this resolved Vodafone.
