I was trying to help a friend sign up for

Anytime Landline & Mobile -£8

Pro Full Fibre 900 - £30

Total £38

(I tried for her when I had gotten home same issue also noticed price has increased to £35 for internet)

She always gets this appear

vodaerror.JPG

No option to switch to Xtra even if selecting edit plan. (I know myself when i looked about month ago it was before they was giving fire tablets out it had it as a separate option)

She went through the chat function on website but the staff on that was useless with no answer and kept asking if she had an account whats the details even with her clearly saying what the issue was.

I apologize if this is not the correct section.

The website media team must be very busy....the amount of issues I  encountered trying to complete my BB order was truly eye-watering! Was about to give up when finally was able to complete!

Now I can't even get signed on to MyVodafone using the user details emailed to me! Get an unexpected error try later....seems to be the error message of choice! Truly shocking.

You won't be able to login to your account until you're connected. Bad policy with poor information.

As @Ripshod says, people are frequently unable to login to their accounts, until the broadband is live.

Were you finally able to get Pro, with the Xtra options, for £30?

Cheers fellas.

Yep, bad craic that you get a whole load of emails telling you great news you are registered and providing logon details and omit the all important info about when you can access!!!

Poor customer experience thus far.  I mean all other big ISPs let you access from ordering so you can track your order!

Arriving at conclusion BB is a bit of a disparate system they are battling hard to fully integrate with core mobile oriented systems.   Ah well, I won't waste any more time trying the impossible!

@Jayach Nah mate, was tempted but decided to see how it goes on FF2 first.  If happy with service then maybe upgrade.  I don't mind paying if I am getting the service I signed up for :Winking_smiley:

Looks like the error has been removed but no option to select that package now all you get is standard 900 and pro II 900. (With the top package the new router should be standard it's silly to give that other one)

I noticed as well no black friday deals which is poor as i said before the current deals are higher then before and the main page mention pro II starts at £34 yet the cheapest one is £35 and all over the place 100 is more expensive compared to 500.

I can see why people go with this company due to some areas not having any other choice but for people who do I would say stay clear these people appear to have no clue on any level what they are doing which tends to indicate its the higher ups being problem and it runs downwards. (no flexibility on contract times either which would not be an issue if prices was really fixed but they clearly show they will go up every year a dirty tactic)

Does anyone know if you use the chat they will be open to offers I want to help my friend out but the current prices Pro II 900 with anytime calls is around £44 this is very high if they are open to reducing to may be £33-38 she would sign up (I know she could go for the non pro ii but the router is garbage and no way will that support her home device or signal wise)
