Has anyone else experienced very slow speeds when accessing files on Microsoft servers (Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.)? My download speeds are normally in line with my max line speed (c. 56 mbps) until I come to open a file hosted on a Microsoft server. For example, when downloading a file from MS Teams or SharePoint, the download speed is about 70 kbps. Which is unusable.
The problem only occurs when I am using my Vodafone fibre broadband connection at home.
I have reset the router, disabled content controls and even swapped out the Vodafone Router for a 3rd party router. Absolutely no difference. It is extremely perplexing and frustrating.
Anyone else come across this issue?

Hi All,
Finally I've found its not just me. 100kbps down on onedrive/ sharepoint via vodafone. Much faster when on another ISP and when tethering to my mobile.
Tobi online support said its not a vodafone issue and i should contact microsoft.
Did anyone get anywhere with this, besides terminating their contract?
Its now becoming unworkable.

having the exact same issue with downloading using onedrive or directly from sharepoint. Connection is perfect at 40MB but I only get download speeds of 200kbps. If I connect using my mobile hotspot which is NOT vodafone then the download speeds is between 2 and 4MBps. If I switch on a FREE VPN the speeds a good. Its only whn downloading using vodafone, including a mobile vodafone hotspot.
