Hi all my broadband contact comes to an end this Saturday 28.9.24 and I was wanting to look at my offers from vodafone, but all I get is have you been in touch with another provider which I havnt, spoke to technical numerous times, renewals, upgrades team, but all saying there is an error on account, they say there calling me again at 3pm Friday 27.9.24 but having so many conversations I don't hold out much hope. Been stressing all week now over this.

If there's an issue from 2021 which has been identified, that will be need to be resolved before any orders can be put through, so it sounds like that's what they're waiting on, @Macmyles. However, if you do need further updates while it's been worked on, I'd recommend reaching out to us on Social Media so that we can take a look for you.

When your contract ends, the broadband won't stop, but you will lose any discount you have, and they will put the price up by a figure stated in your contract. (usually about £3)

So no real need to stress. My contract ended in June, but as I don't want to go to FTTP and VoIP phone I simply haven't taken out a new contract.

Hi @Macmyles As @Jayach mentioned, you won't actually lose service but I appreciate it's important that you're able to change or upgrade your plan. If you don't get an update today, please drop our team message on our socials and we'll take a closer look into this.

Hi, they rang me today and mentioned something about a service call back in 2021 that was preventing me from doing an upgrade, and would call me back Thursday, been at this nearly a week now and they still need until next Thursday, is this normal.

I'm sure that they're doing everything that they can to resolve this as soon as possible, but without checking your account I can't say for definite what action is being taken, which is why I recommend speaking with Social Media. 

If you did want to cancel, you'd need to call up on 03333 040 191 to discuss this.
