Hi all my broadband contact comes to an end this Saturday 28.9.24 and I was wanting to look at my offers from vodafone, but all I get is have you been in touch with another provider which I havnt, spoke to technical numerous times, renewals, upgrades team, but all saying there is an error on account, they say there calling me again at 3pm Friday 27.9.24 but having so many conversations I don't hold out much hope. Been stressing all week now over this.

When your contract ends, the broadband won't stop, but you will lose any discount you have, and they will put the price up by a figure stated in your contract. (usually about £3)

So no real need to stress. My contract ended in June, but as I don't want to go to FTTP and VoIP phone I simply haven't taken out a new contract.
