Hi all my broadband contact comes to an end this Saturday 28.9.24 and I was wanting to look at my offers from vodafone, but all I get is have you been in touch with another provider which I havnt, spoke to technical numerous times, renewals, upgrades team, but all saying there is an error on account, they say there calling me again at 3pm Friday 27.9.24 but having so many conversations I don't hold out much hope. Been stressing all week now over this.

If there's an issue from 2021 which has been identified, that will be need to be resolved before any orders can be put through, so it sounds like that's what they're waiting on, @Macmyles. However, if you do need further updates while it's been worked on, I'd recommend reaching out to us on Social Media so that we can take a look for you.
