Support Chat Transcripts

Does anyone else find the support chat transcripts never actually get emailed. 

 

I've spend countless hours on probably 20+ chats due to constant issues but only ever received the first chat by email. Makes it hard to go back and review details.

 

Another reason why Vodafone support is the worst I have experienced.

Hi @Jake91 👋 The chat transcripts certainly should be coming through to you, so apologies if you've not received these. The only other way we can request these is through a SAR request currently. I have popped a link here where you can request this if you do need the missing transcripts.

I have notice that about the emails too . They use to always get sent. Not sure why they don't anymore

I have requested 2 this week and received both.  I can remember not receiving just one of the transcripts in the last couple of years.

There is delay when transcripts are sent and both of mine have been heavily redacted. Usually where my responses make Tobi look very ineffective or the human handlers are also not helpful or don’t understand, miss the point, or have poor knowledge 

I now screen shot conversations as I invariably have to raise complaints to CEO level
