THG3000 DMZ x box cloud gaming set up

I’m struggling with a lot of lag when trying to play x box cloud gaming, I’m using hard wired not WiFi and have no other devices, have at least 33 mps down load and no packet loss. Can’t seem to activate qos settings on the thg 3000 but someone suggested that I use perimeter network dmz for x box IP address but looking at manual can’t see how to set this up. Does any know how I can change settings on router to enable dmz perimeter network

I can't see that putting the the Xbox in the DMZ (demilitarized zone) will help as that will just open it to the whole internet, but if you want to try, you do it under Internet -Static NAT/DMZ
