Long story short, I signed up for a two-year broadband contract with Vodafone in August 2022 via Topcashback. The deal promised £59 cashback. However, after being in touch with Topcashback since the purchase (16 months of messaging), they said they are still investigating and awaiting a response from Vodafone. My contract is coming to an end soon, and yet I still haven't received the promised cashback. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi @BigBuddy Only Topcashback can escalate and resolve this, I'm afraid, so you'll need to chase this up with them.
