I have three Ultra Hub extenders which I previously used and then disconnected for a while when I was having some work done in the house. Attempting to repair these again to rebuild my coverage I can't get any of these to pair with the Ultra Hub. The WPS pairing process (pink flashing LED on both extender and Hub) results eventually in a red flashing LED on the booster and pairing failure. Anyone have any experience of this?

I have to ask
Have any settings on the router changed since disconnection?
Did you remove them from the router settings before disconnecting?
Have you reset the extenders before attempting to pair them?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't changed the router settings and didn't remove the extenders - my understanding is that they are removed automatically after disconnection for 30 days. I have reset the extenders prior to attempting to repair them.

Hi @PeterFWest Sorry to see your boosters aren't pairing with your router again. I'd recommend speaking with our broadband team directly on this, you can reach them by calling 0333 304 0191.
