I currently have vodafone UltraHub and fibre setup, I have about 2 basic switches in the network with a few computers and printers as well. I am using the 2 phone ports on the UltraHub connected to 2 phones. I am using a cloud based software which I need to open ports for printing to my local printers.
I am continually getting gibberish printing out as I guess hackers are trying to get into the network through those open ports.
How can I restrict those port forwards to only accept traffic from a specific ip address?
Is there a setting on the Ultra Hub or do I need to buy another router/device and install it between the ultra hub and the rest of the network?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

POS (Point of sale) systems are pretty specialist, and really need a support service.

.@.Jayach Depending on the size and nature of the business the POS may be nothing more than a small card reader, some versions of which do not even need broadband as they support a SIM.

I am guessing it's the OKI toner printers that you got the issue with
Sounds to me like the network is working fine and if it's only the printer you got an issue with then plug it into the router
My printer is plugged into the Vodafone router USB socket and all the devices on my network can print on it fine.
no need to setup up ports etc as this will make the printer into an internal network printer
Plug the printer into the USB socket on the router
Log into the router and goes to sharing turn on printer sharing
Your printer should come up on that page
its as simple as that
the sharing page will then tell you your printer address
On your PC go to add printer I did mine manually
add printer name and add printer address
my print address is http://vodafone.broadband:631/printers/hp_photosmart-7700-series_MY4xxxxxxxxx
my printer is a basic 20 years old printer with only has 1 USB cable (no wifi, no Lan, no network) but works fine setup like this. and every device on my network can print on this just fine, makes no difference if your pc etc is wired, wifi, or network
