It should work, though if you are with Vodafone's Mobile Broadband (UK) you'll be using CG-NAT (Consumer Grade Network Address Translation) which could cause problems.
I guess if Vodafone have supplied you with a 5G router, then if your VOIP service works with that, then it'll work with the HTC 5G hub - unless this is Vodafone's own VOIP, in which case you'll never get the settings off them!
