I have the same issue as a lot on this community are reporting. My router appears to work and all devices can connect but the router does not connect to the internet. For the first 10 days after 29th November the connection was great and then all of a sudden it went off.
Having spent over 7 hours on the phone to Vodafone technical support (tier 1 and tier 2) which was an utter joke, I am still no further forward. According to remote tests the router is fine and there are no issues. We have: Cross referenced serial numbers, completed firmware up date, factory reset, rebooted multiple times, updated DNS setting, tried PINGing, traceroute and a number of other things, but still no internet. This is all made worse by the fact that my mobile phone recently updated and has lost connectivity and data (Google pixel 6 Pro, also Vodafone). I suggested that I need an engineer to actually visit and diagnose/fix the issue or at least to try a new hub.
I wonder if the phone line was not taken over/ported across and the sudden drop was due to our previous landline provider (sky) turning off the line from their side?
I don't think that I can muster the energy or time to endless hours on the phone to useless tech support who are no help. I have registered a complaint, but heard nothing back.
My next step is to terminate the contract on the basis that I am not getting the service that I am paying for. Any ideas?
