Vodafone Full Fibre 900- Router replacement

Hello,

Ive had Vodafone 900 full fibre for around 1 month now, ive started getting random 30 seconds to 2 minutes disconnections.

Ive done a bit of research and it seems the Power Hub router is the fault.

My question is what Routers are suitable to buy to replace the power hub and are they easy to plug and play setup, or is a config needed to connect to Vodafone's network

Care to share what led you to that conclusion?

How long have these disconnections been happening?

I've been experiencing the same issue—my connection drops out at odd times every few days and then comes back on. They told me some time ago that the router needs to be replaced, but they've been strict about it, asking me to wait until I get fibre, which is supposedly going live on the 23rd. As I mentioned before, we don't even have the necessary infrastructure in place. BT has only marked the spot where the fibre needs to be installed, but they haven't dug up the path to lay the fibre cable or installed the fibre box on my wall yet. I made sure to have them note that if my go-live date isn’t met on the 23rd, I'll be compensated £6.50 per day. The representative acknowledged this, and I emphasized the importance of having a recorded go-live date. Towards the end of the call, I sensed she became a bit uneasy, likely realizing that she may have made a promise about the go-live date that can't be fulfilled. Even Openreach confirmed the 23rd, but I seriously doubt it will happen.
