Vodafone broadband app account and it wont let me register an account.

I have an I phone 7 running softweare version 15.8.2 and when I get to the final stage in creatig an account it wont let me create a new PIN, after entering the new PIN number it has a red triangle with an explanation in saying please selectyour pin, and under boxes it has the same triangle warning sigt next  to text saying the number must match the newly chosen pic eve though it is the same.437A1E69-0A48-4E06-8451-087EB1F04073.png

Hey @joeneat I'm sorry to see you are facing an issue when getting your account set up. Can you please try to register using the online account first here, than log  on to the app.

As you can see from the creen shot below, it still doesn't let me get past the pin set up stage setting up my vodafone, it glitches at exactly the same time.  All very strange, I've never had vodafone before, but when i get to the email stage it says that the email is registered to a different account and makes me choose a username.  I have never had vodafone before, I have tried password recovery and username recovery using my email but when I do it says there is no email registered with vodafone, (which makes sense as this is the first time I have registered with vodafone).  This contracdicts what it says when I try to sign up to my vodafone when it says the exact opposite registering my email address.  Seems glitchy.

Thank you for keeping us posted @joeneat. It's disappointing to see your ongoing concerns. To make sure that we're on the same page, has your broadband been activated? Also, as you've never been a customer with Vodafone and your email is showing already used, it may be that an account was created throughout your attempts at registering - to check this and your broadband account, please get in touch with our Social Media team.
