I ended my broadband with Vodafone back in 2021 but it is still showing as active on my credit reports. The account was properly closed down and I got a refund for an over payment.
How do I go about getting Vodafone to correct my credit reports please?

Hi @Victoriablum, we have a dedicated Credit File Team on social media who can investigate why the account is still showing as open on your credit report and they can send off any amendments if needed.
