I have gone 3 months with zero communications from Vodafone, apart from forum notifications. I've had no emails about my 2 latet bills, which I never noticed until I got a letter from your debt recovery agency. The only reason I haven't paid bills is because I've not been told they were ready for payment. Not heard a thing.
I don't mind paying the debt, that's not a problem. But I begrudge the lack of communication, and the late payment charges I've acrued due to that lack (only £7.51 but that's not the point).
Sort yourselves out Vodafone.

You've been getting emails telling you that you bill is ready? I'd had plenty of spam from Vodafone, but nothing ever to tell me a bill was due!

I've been paying manually since day dot. I presume you were paying by direct debit?

Always get an email saying that the bill is ready and how much.
Pay by direct debit.

Same here. I though payment by direct debit or card was mandatory. (and so much easier)

Thankfully I've paid the full amount as the letter advised to avoid a black mark.
I've gone back through my email inbox and the last email I ever have from vodafone is dated 11th May notifying me "Your broadband plan is changing". Nothing other than forum notifications since. The last bill notification was 23rd March. Nothing in the old spam folder.
I'm not really bothered about contacting Vodafone directly as I know nothing will change. This is the final straw now, when the contract is up I'll be walking away.
I guess just venting is enough for me in this case.

I can't remember just what service you are on @Ripshod?
I was definately leaving Vodafone when my previous contract ended, however when it came to it, and after a bit of negotiation, it was difficult to get a better deal elsewhere, so I re-contracted.
I prefer to have regular payment be automated, so if that doesn't suit you, that is your choice, however don't just jump ship from Vodafone, unless you can get a better deal elsewhere..

It's not just this though. I still have speed and Latency issues that deny me any chance of gaming. I'm still on the superfast 100 as it was originally called but I can't stream 4k video. I'm paying for broadband that is useless to me tbf, I can't wait to get out. The only thing that's right about it is my IoT stuff is working, albeit only with my own router.
