Why are my devices connected at 2.4 GHZ?
I don't think I have split the signal
The app shows 2 signals
The connected apps are all showing connected at 2.4 GHz
I keep getting drop outs on my DVR?

That was all you really needed to say, what all the other devices may be doing is irrelevant.
I would say a DVR is probably quite an old bit of kit so probably 2.4Ghz only.
Do you have the model number? Was it working on a previous supplier?
