Windows and Android report no internet but can browse

I'm filling this in with my Vodafone Wi-fi showing 'No internet access'. My android phone is similar. I can happily browse and undertake other internet activity but the OS is reporting No internet access.
I cannot access the Hub UI on either device. On my phone I can connect to the hub using the Vodafone Broadband app remotely (via mobile data) but not via wi-fi (with mobile data switched off). My wife's computer is connecting OK. A smart speaker said  'no internet connection check your router' and carried on playing an streamed broadcast.

I've tried rebooting both my computer and phone, fixing my computer IP Address as suggested on a Windows Forum, turning off security software.

Computer: Windows 11 Home 22H2 build 22621.1265

Phone:  Android 9.1.0.401

Does anybody have a suggestion to the cause?

That seems strange, I can't use the app to connect to my router (THG3000) unless I am connected to it's Wi-Fi.

It says "ensure your device is connected to the Vodafone broadband Network"

I can't make any suggestions as to the cause, but I suspect rebooting the router will cure it.
