Work laptop not connecting to wifi booster

Work laptop not connecting to wifi booster when other devices are working fine? Says unable to connect but does eventually after a few resets. The booster is in a garden office connected to the main router with an Ethernet cable. I can get logged on to the work network using the main wifi and then sneak on the booster box later on but this is a pain and causes issues getting logged on to the office network.

Hey there @JFRP - I understand how important it is to have a stable connection around the house. I'd advise getting in touch with our Wi-Fi Xperts who will be able to check your connection and run through troubleshooting with you.
