My Vodafone broadband was done for 5 weeks plus. I made several calls to Vodafone, and it was on my 4th call that they managed to send an Engineer to my house. I was told I was entitled to £8.40 per day that I don't have a connection. I lost my connection on 24th August, and it wasn't resolved until 30th September. I placed a call on the 12th of October to Vodafone and was assured that my account would be credited, and this would reflect on my November bill. November has passed, and I'm yet to receive any compensation. Does anyone have similar problem? What can I do? It cost me a lot not having Internet for 5 weeks. My Teams meeting with work colleagues during the period were frustrating as they could hardly hear me due to poor connection on my mobile network, which I was using at the time. Please Vodafone, when will I receive my compensation?

The Vodafone Social Media Teams do not have account access via this forum so I'd suggest to contact the Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and they'll get this resolved for you @Toofred

According to this link : Automatic compensation for Home Broadband @Toofred If you have made a claim you should have received an email to let you know how much you are owed and the amount would be credited to your following invoice.
There is get a in touch live chat link on the link above, they will have the necessary account access to confirm the reason for the compensation delay.
