broadband checker problem

hi im having a problem,my current broadband is running out soon with bt and was hoping to join vodafone as they have great ultrafast prices. but the problem i have is,the broadband checker says i cant get ultrafast im no 7 when i retry with no 6 it gives that no ultrafast.i checked openreach witch vodafone are part off so i should be able to get it.i have tried other providers in openreach network suppliers and have no problem getting offers,can you help thank you.

Hey @kennywalsh007 I hope you're well! It's great to hear that you are considering us as a possible new broadband provider! 

If the availability checker shows that we can't provide a certain package to your home then it often means that we simply don't have the availability at the local cabinet however, there could be other factors preventing us providing to you which need checking.

The best thing to do is give our Broadband Sales team on 03333 040 191 as they can run a detailed premise check. This will tell them if we can provide a service to you, what packages you can receive based on things such as your homes distance from the local exchange, availability in the cabinets, your properties rating i.e Gold or Silver etc. If for any reason we can't provide to you, they will be able to explain why.

From the posts on here, it is not unusual for Vodafone not to offer FTTP via Openreach.

Nobody has said why that is, it just seem to be like that.
