Is there a link that I can cancel my broadband/landline deal under the 14 day rule?
I know I can phone but I'd like to be able to email as well to have some evidence of contacting them.
Enough is enough, I had problems trying to get connected to the net, also phone line is not working as it should, they've had over a week to sort it. Latest is now I can't login into my vodafone account, wrong details on a direct debit they setup. I want out.
