3x more data not applied

Good evening. 

I recently joined Vodafone as a new customer about 2 weeks  ago and have just ported my number over. Everything is going OK at the moment accept I never got the 3x more data that was advertised on the  Vodafone website. I've tried texting the number  for getting the extra data but all I get is sorry you either have a bundle or no credit on account. It doesn't say I have to do anything just top up as a new customer. I just want  what the promotion says I'm entitled to. Thanks for any help.

Vodafone 3x data winter promotion 

Vodafone will send a confirmation text when the promotional data has been added, usually within 24 hours.

I will try and do a live chat. My bundle renews in 10 days I may wait till then and try again.
