The option under settings on the MY Vodafone page to delete a payment card is not working. For 2 days it has now returned the "Sorry there seems to be a problem 500.FMW_0_0001" message.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're having with the My Vodafone Page. I'm sorry you've not been able to remove your card details. We're not aware of any issues that would be preventing you from doing this.
Have you tried the following troubleshooting:
- Clearing your browser cache and cookies
- Trying a different browser
- Trying a different device
