If I don't renew my PAYG Bundle, do I keep my number so I can reactivate it in the future?

Hi @Meg96 

By default you will be on the PAYG 1 tariff.

For the number t remain active, you need to make sure you make an outgoing activity or top up before the 180 day disconnection policy.  Ideally, this should be every few months.

It is an Ofcom ruling that PAYG numbers have to be in use.
