Accept international calls

I can't accept calls from international numbers. My plan is pay as you go, and I am currently abroad.

You don't mention the country you are in.  Unless you are in Europe, certain countries have a receiving call charge and you will need credit to accept the call.

Also, take a look at the bars, there may be a bar for incoming international calls, you should still be able to log on.
